Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for these positions should meet the following requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I).
- Minimum 2 to 2.5 years of open-site construction experience.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- ADNOC-approved candidates with more than 2.5 years of experience and 28 years of age or above may also be considered.
- Good communication and technical skills.
- Valid passport and supporting documents.
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Supervising site construction activities.
- Coordinating with project engineers and site supervisors.
- Ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitoring safety regulations and company procedures.
- Preparing technical reports and project documentation.
- Assisting in planning, execution, and project coordination.
