Job Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager
- Manage daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise floor operations and guest relations.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Restaurant Supervisor
- Oversee restaurant staff and daily operations.
- Monitor food service quality.
- Handle POS system operations.
- Support the restaurant manager in achieving operational goals.
Saudi Traditional Cuisine Chef/Cook
- Prepare authentic Saudi traditional dishes.
- Experience in cooking whole lamb, camel meat, and Arabic cuisine.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
Maintenance Technician
- Perform maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- Maintain restaurant kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as required.
Housekeeping Staff
- Clean and maintain staff accommodation and assigned areas.
- Perform ironing and general housekeeping duties.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant work experience in the applied position.
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is preferred.
- Restaurant Supervisors should have knowledge of computer POS systems.
- Chefs should have experience in authentic Saudi traditional cuisine.
- Maintenance Technicians should have experience in plumbing, electrical work, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance.

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive competitive monthly salaries based on the advertised position and experience.
