Job Requirements

Fabrication Foreman

• Ability to work independently.
• Lead a team of fabricators, fitters, welders, and helpers.
• Read and understand structural fabrication drawings.
• Guide the fabrication team and achieve production targets.
• Good knowledge of fabrication quality standards.

Fabricator

• Read and interpret structural fabrication drawings.
• Prepare layouts and jigs independently.
• Fabricate and assemble steel structures as per drawings.
• Experience in cutting, edge preparation, and fit-up.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and fabrication tools.

CO2 Welder

• Experience in FCAW/CO2 welding.
• Knowledge of welding procedures and positions.
• Must qualify the company’s welding test.
• Minimum 3G welding position after joining.
• Ready to work in factory or project sites.

Fitter

• Structural steel fit-up experience.
• Read basic structural drawings.
• Mechanical assembly, marking, and fixing knowledge.
• Gas cutting skills.
• Familiar with measuring tools.

AutoCAD Draftsman

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in structural steel drafting.
• Experience in shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of BOM preparation and material take-offs.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• CNC sheet metal drafting knowledge preferred.
• Practical AutoCAD drafting test during online interview.

Senior Hydraulic Mechanic

• Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 10–15 years of factory mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, power packs, and heavy equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial hydraulic systems.

Hydraulic Mechanic

• Technical Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of maintenance experience.
• Industrial hydraulic systems knowledge.
• Experience with pumps, valves, cylinders, power packs, and heavy equipment.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
