Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Experience in proposal engineering and tendering.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Required Skills
Applicants should have hands-on experience in:
- Proposal preparation for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Tender review and bid evaluation.
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
- Quantity take-offs.
- Technical and commercial bid compilation.
- Cost estimation and budgeting.
- EPC specifications and tender documentation.
- Risk assessment.
- Coordination with procurement, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors.
