UAE Oil & Gas Jobs 2026 – Qualification & Experience

Job Performer Positions

For Civil, Mechanical and E&I Job Performer positions, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or ITI qualification in the relevant trade
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Civil Construction or relevant Oil & Gas projects
• Relevant technical and project experience
• ADNOC-approved Mechanical Job Performer certification is mandatory where applicable

Candidates should make sure their CV clearly mentions their qualifications, years of experience, previous Oil & Gas projects and relevant certifications.

Foreman Positions

Candidates applying for the foreman vacancies should have 7–10 years of Oil & Gas experience.

Experience in ADNOC projects is preferred, particularly for candidates applying for Civil, Mechanical, Piping, E&I, Earthworks, Steel Fixer and Carpenter Foreman positions.
