- Relevant Experience: Minimum 10 years
- UAE/GCC Construction Experience: Minimum 5 years highly preferred
Job Requirements
Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC civil works, preferably with strong exposure to building construction projects. UAE or GCC construction experience of at least five years is highly preferred.
The selected candidate should have good knowledge of civil construction materials, construction methods, specifications and quality standards. Strong knowledge of ITP, Method Statements, MIR, WIR/IR, NCR, RFI, inspection checklists and quality documentation is required.
Applicants should also understand relevant international standards and project specifications and be able to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
Strong communication, coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. The candidate should be capable of working independently while coordinating effectively with site teams, consultants and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The QA/QC Civil Engineer will be responsible for supporting quality-control activities across building construction and civil contracting projects. The role includes coordinating inspections, maintaining quality documentation, reviewing construction activities and ensuring that work complies with approved specifications and standards.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working with inspection procedures, quality records, project documentation and construction teams.
