Technical Director
The Technical Director position requires around 12 years of progressive experience in the lubricants manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years in senior technical management or a director-level position.
Candidates should have a proven record in lubricant formulation, laboratory management and obtaining formal OEM approvals. Strong practical knowledge of blending plant operations, modern laboratory testing equipment and international testing standards such as ASTM is required.
B2B Sales Head
Candidates for the B2B Sales Head position should have approximately 10 years of progressive commercial experience in the downstream oil and gas or lubricants sector. At least 4–5 years of senior leadership or regional sales management experience is preferred.
