Sr. Supervisors / Supervisors – MEP
The first position is for Senior Supervisors / Supervisors – MEP, specifically for HVAC testing and commissioning activities.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience
- Experience in HVAC installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning
- Experience supervising commissioning activities
Candidates should have practical experience with systems and equipment such as:
- Chillers
- Cooling towers
- AHUs
- FCUs
- VAVs
- Package and split units
- Chilled water systems

The role also requires knowledge of HVAC electrical controls, air distribution systems and air/water balancing using specialized instruments.
Knowledge of commissioning standards including BSRIA, CIBSE, NEBB and ASHRAE is required. Candidates should also be capable of leading commissioning teams, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining project documentation and supporting successful project handover.
Supervisor – MEP
The second vacancy is for a Supervisor – MEP, specializing in HVAC installation and pre-commissioning.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5+ years
Candidates should have hands-on experience in HVAC execution and site construction for large-scale MEP projects, including projects involving:
- Hotels
- Hospitals
- Residential complexes
- Commercial complexes
- Integrated building systems
The position involves supervising HVAC installation, testing and pre-commissioning activities covering chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, ventilation systems, chilled water piping, electrical controls and BMS interfaces.
Applicants should also be able to manage manpower and materials, monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, consultants and client teams. Experience reviewing shop drawings and method statements is also required.
