International Trade Links (ITL) is hosting a Direct Client Interview starting from the end of September 2026 – Mumbai , for a major Shutdown Maintenance Project with a reputed Oil & Gas Engineering & Construction company in Qatar.
We are looking for experienced professionals across various technical, supervisory, and managerial roles.
Available Positions & Salaries (QAR):
Shutdown Manager: 20,000 – 28,000 FIX
Rigging Engineer: 18,000 – 22,000 FIX
Scheduler: 12,000 – 18,000 FIX
Execution Lead: 12,000 – 16,000 FIX
Superintendent (Fabrication / Static): 8,000 – 11,000 FIX
Area Coordinator / Planner: 8,000 – 11,000 FIX
Supervisors (Static, Hydro Jetting, Piping, Rigging, etc.): 5,000 – 7,000 FIX
Foreman / Chargehand Roles: 2,800 – 3,000 + OT
Material / Transport Coordinator & Job Tracker: 2,500 – 3,000 + OT
…and many more positions in Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting, and Blasting!
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 4–12 years of experience in oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical plants maintenance.
Shutdowns: Must have participated in 3–4 previous shutdowns.
Preference: Gulf-experienced candidates are highly preferred.
