Al Raha Mechanical Equipment Company W.L.L. is hiring workers and technical professionals for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi, covering both onshore and offshore operations. The recruitment includes opportunities for pipe fabricators, structural fabricators, fitters, riggers, electricians, mechanics, foremen and other skilled workers.
A client interview will be held in Kochi on 13 September 2026, and selected candidates are expected to be ready for immediate deployment. Vacancies are available in large numbers for several positions.

ADNOC Onshore and Offshore Jobs
The recruitment is for an ADNOC project with opportunities in both onshore and offshore locations. Candidates with relevant oil and gas, fabrication, mechanical, piping, electrical and industrial project experience can apply for suitable positions.
For certain positions, FAT will not be conducted. The selection process will include availability for either onshore locations such as yards, workshops and sites, or offshore platforms and sites as applicable.
Candidates selected for offshore work may receive a higher salary, depending on the assigned position and project conditions.
Salary and Benefits
The advertised salary varies according to the position and experience. In addition to the monthly salary, the following benefits are provided:
- Food allowance of AED 450
- Free accommodation
- 8 hours duty
- 2-year renewable contract
- ECNR and ECR passports accepted
- Higher salary may be available for offshore work

Immediate Departure for Selected Candidates
Selected candidates must be prepared to travel within 7 to 10 days. This makes it important for applicants to keep their passport and other required documents ready.
