Salaries are in Kuwaiti Dinars (KD) and include the basic salary, other allowance and special allowance as listed in the recruitment details.
Salary Details and Allowances
The salary package varies according to the position and experience of the candidate. The listed package includes a basic salary, other allowance and a special allowance of KD 20 for each position.
For example, the Mechanical Supervisor position offers a basic salary of KD 200, an additional allowance of KD 100 and a special allowance of KD 20, making the total monthly salary KD 320.

Job Requirements
- Relevant technical qualifications and experience for the applied position.
- Experience in oil and gas, refinery maintenance or shutdown projects, as applicable to the role.
- Practical knowledge of the respective trade and site safety procedures.
- Candidates applying for driving and equipment operating positions must hold a valid Kuwait licence, as specified.
- Candidates must be prepared to work at the Kuwait KNPC-MAA shutdown project.
