A reputed hospitality, hotel, retail and FMCG group in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is hiring candidates for multiple positions across management, hotel operations, finance, kitchen services, maintenance and technical departments.
Ashwin Enterprises is inviting applications from eligible candidates for senior management, hospitality, accounting, storekeeping, engineering and technician roles. Salaries range from AED 1,500 to AED 12,000 per month, depending on the position, qualifications and experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience for their selected positions.
- Hospitality General Managers: Previous hotel or hospitality management experience.
- Purchase Managers: Experience in purchasing, procurement and supplier coordination.
- Maintenance Engineers: Experience in hotel maintenance and engineering operations.
- Chefs and Kitchen Staff: Relevant culinary skills and experience in the specified cuisine.
- Accountants and Financial Controllers: Accounting, finance and financial reporting experience.
- Storekeepers and Inventory Controllers: Stock management, inventory control and recordkeeping skills.
- Marketing Executives: Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or social media.
- Senior Operations Managers: Eight to ten years of logistics experience, as specified for the role.
- Technicians: Relevant electrical, plumbing, HVAC, chiller or air-conditioning experience.
Client Interview Details
The client interview is scheduled for two days in Kochi.
