Oman Jobs 2026: Urgent Hiring for engineering and construction professionals
Jaleel International Global HR Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for experienced engineering and construction professionals for project opportunities in Oman. The recruitment drive includes vacancies for project engineers, site engineers, construction managers, project managers, supervisors, foremen, planning engineers, quantity surveyors and HSE officers.

Available Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria
1. Project Engineers / Site Engineers
- Qualification: BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8 years
Candidates should have relevant experience in site execution, project coordination and water pipeline projects.
2. Construction Managers
- Qualification: BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15 years
Applicants should have substantial construction management experience and the ability to coordinate site operations and project teams.
3. Project Managers
- Qualification: BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15 years
- Additional Requirement: NAMA project experience is mandatory.
Candidates should have project management experience relevant to water pipeline construction.
4. Supervisors
- Qualification: Diploma or ITI
- Experience: 15 years or more
Applicants should have strong site supervision experience in construction or pipeline projects.
5. Foremen
- Qualification: ITI
- Experience: 15 years or more
Candidates should have practical experience supervising workers and coordinating daily site activities.
6. Planning Engineers
- Qualification: BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12 years
Applicants should have experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting.
7. Quantity Surveyors
- Qualification: BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12 years
Candidates should have experience in quantity estimation, cost control, measurement and project documentation.
8. HSE Officers
- Qualification: Diploma and NEBOSH
- Experience: 8 years
Applicants should have relevant health, safety and environmental experience in construction projects.
Important: Experience in water pipeline projects is mandatory for all candidates.
