Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. Joinery / Production Manager
- Minimum 10 years of experience required.
- Relevant experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out.
- Ability to manage production teams, quality control and manufacturing operations.
2. Joinery Factory Foreman
- Relevant experience in joinery factory operations.
- Knowledge of furniture production and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to coordinate workers and maintain production quality.
3. Factory / Production Supervisor
- Experience supervising factory or production activities.
- Ability to manage teams, monitor output and maintain quality standards.
4. Joinery / Fit-Out Site Supervisor
- Relevant experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site activities.
- Knowledge of installation work and quality control.
5. Aluminium Factory Manager
- Experience in aluminium fabrication and factory operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing doors, windows and aluminium cabinets.
- Experience in setting up and managing a factory is particularly important.
Candidate Eligibility
- Candidates should have relevant experience in furniture manufacturing, kitchens, wardrobes, doors or interior fit-out.
- Experience reading drawings, managing teams and controlling quality is beneficial.
- Aluminium factory management candidates should have practical fabrication and factory setup experience.
- Applicants can be based in India or Gulf countries and must be willing to work in Oman.
