UAE Jobs 2026: Glass Manufacturing Company Hiring for Multiple Positions

Opportunities are available for experienced supervisors, maintenance technicians, production coordinators, machine operators and helpers.

List of Available Vacancies and Salaries

1. Fire Rated Supervisor

Salary: AED 3,200–3,500 + AED 300

Qualifications and experience:

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 6–7 years of experience in fire-rated fabrication.
• Experience with Jansen, Aluprof, Foster or Schüco profiles and systems is preferred.

2. Production Supervisor

Salary: AED 2,500–3,500 + AED 300

Qualifications and experience:

• Diploma, BE or BTech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• More than 10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in glass processing.
• Proven experience managing a factory workforce of more than 100 employees, including team leaders and leadmen across production sections and shifts.

3. Maintenance Technician

Salary: AED 2,500–3,500 + AED 300

Qualifications and experience:

• Diploma in Electromechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of production processes, maintenance techniques, mechanical and electrical drawings, spare-parts inventory and failure analysis.
• Practical experience with glass-processing equipment, lamination lines, autoclaves, bending furnaces, utility systems, RO plants, EOT cranes and hydraulic or pneumatic circuits.
• Experience in machine installation, commissioning and troubleshooting is required.

4. Glass Processing Coordinator

Salary: AED 2,200–2,500 + AED 300

Qualifications and experience:

• Diploma or ITI qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related technical trade.
• At least five years of hands-on glass-processing experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating a production team.

5. Project Coordinator

Salary: AED 2,000–2,200 + AED 300

Qualifications and responsibilities:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Prepare production plans and update schedules.
• Monitor daily production progress and maintain reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase and Quality teams to ensure material availability and timely completion of work orders.

6. Production Control Assistant

Salary: AED 2,000–2,200 + AED 300

Qualifications and responsibilities:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of production planning, production control, procurement, vendor follow-up and order tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Stores, PPC, Production and Quality departments.
• Good communication, time management, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

7. Glass Machine Operator

Salary: AED 1,200–1,500 + AED 300

Qualifications and experience:

• ITI or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related technical trade.
• More than three years of practical machine-operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Glass-processing experience is preferred.

8. Helper

Salary: AED 1,000–1,200 + AED 300

Qualifications and experience:

• Basic school education is preferred.
• Technical or vocational training is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Previous factory, production or manual-handling experience is desirable.
• Experience in glass handling or processing is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges vary by position. An additional AED 300 is mentioned for each role.
