Job Responsibilities
1. Mobile Crane Operators
- Operate mobile cranes for lifting and moving heavy materials.
- Inspect crane equipment before starting operations.
- Follow load charts, lifting plans and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with riggers and site supervisors.
2. Excavator Operators
- Operate excavators for digging, trenching and earthmoving.
- Perform daily machine inspections.
- Follow site safety guidelines and operating procedures.
- Report mechanical faults and maintenance requirements.
3. Backhoe Loader Operators
- Operate backhoe loaders for excavation and loading work.
- Assist with trenching, levelling and material handling.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and check operating conditions.
- Work safely around construction personnel and machinery.
4. Telehandler Operators
- Operate telescopic handlers for lifting and transporting materials.
- Check equipment stability and load limits.
- Follow safe material-handling procedures.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections.
5. HIAB Operators
- Operate truck-mounted hydraulic cranes.
- Load and unload construction materials safely.
- Inspect lifting equipment and secure transported loads.

6. Grader Operators
- Operate motor graders for road construction and surface levelling.
- Maintain required ground levels and gradients.

Eligibility Criteria
