Job Responsibilities
1. KLE / Appliances Technician
- Inspect, maintain and repair kitchen equipment and household or commercial appliances.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment testing.
2. Laundry Operator
- Operate commercial laundry equipment.
- Monitor washing, drying and ironing processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow equipment safety procedures.
3. Room Boys / Housekeepers
- Clean rooms and assigned areas.
- Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.
- Follow cleaning schedules and guest service procedures.
- English-speaking ability is required.
4. Low Current Technician
- Install and maintain low-voltage systems.
- Troubleshoot communication, security and related electrical systems.
- Carry out routine inspections and repairs.
5. Heavy Machine Operator
- Operate assigned heavy machinery safely.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections.
- Follow maintenance and workplace safety procedures.
6. STP Operator
- Operate and monitor sewage treatment plant equipment.
- Check plant performance and operating parameters.
- Maintain logs and follow environmental and safety procedures.
7. Generator Operator
- Operate and monitor generators.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance.
- Identify faults and report technical issues.
8. Plumber
- Install and repair pipes, valves and plumbing fixtures.
- Identify leaks and resolve drainage problems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance.
9. Mud Technician
- Monitor mud or fluid properties and related equipment.
- Perform testing and maintain technical records.
- Confirm that the position’s specific industry requirements match your experience.
10. Horticulture / Landscape Supervisor
- Supervise gardening and landscaping activities.
- Coordinate landscaping workers and daily tasks.
- Maintain outdoor areas, plants and irrigation systems.
Eligibility Criteria
