Job Descriptions
1. Shuttering Carpenter – 15 Vacancies
Shuttering carpenters are responsible for preparing and installing formwork for concrete structures. Candidates should have experience measuring, cutting, assembling and removing shuttering materials on construction sites.
Salary: AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
2. Steel Fixer – 15 Vacancies
Steel fixers prepare and install reinforcement bars according to construction drawings and project requirements. Relevant experience in cutting, bending, tying and positioning reinforcement steel is required.
Salary: AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
3. Mason (Block/Plaster) – 15 Vacancies
Masons carry out blockwork, plastering and other masonry activities. Applicants should have practical experience in mixing mortar, laying blocks, plastering surfaces and maintaining construction quality.
Salary: AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
4. Wall Painter – 15 Vacancies
Wall painters prepare surfaces and apply paint and finishing materials to interior and exterior walls. Candidates should be familiar with surface preparation, putty application, sanding and painting techniques.
Salary: AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
5. Construction Worker – 15 Vacancies
Construction workers assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, cleaning and general construction activities.
Salary: AED 1,600 per month.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same trade.
- Age between 22 and 35 years.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Relevant practical skills for the selected position.
- Valid passport and documents required for overseas employment.
- The recruitment poster specifies that only ECR Non-Required (ECNR) passport holders can apply. Confirm passport eligibility with the agency before submitting an application.
Salary and Benefits
The monthly salary depends on the selected position:
- Shuttering Carpenter: AED 2,000–2,200.
- Steel Fixer: AED 2,000–2,200.
