Job Requirements
Structural Foreman
Candidates should have:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in structural construction.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Foreman.
- Experience in Oil & Gas pipe rack erection and structural steel erection.
HSE Officer
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial projects.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (mandatory).
- OSHA and IOSH certifications will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ADNOC, ARAMCO, and QP HSE standards.
Rigging Foreman
Candidates should have:
- Higher Secondary qualification or equivalent.
- LEEA-approved training or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 7 years of Oil & Gas lifting experience.
- At least 5 years in a similar Foreman role.
- Ability to read lifting plans and supervise critical lifting operations.
- ADNOC and ARAMCO experience preferred.
Rigging Supervisor
Applicants should possess:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of rigging supervision experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
- Certifications such as Rigging Supervisor, APLO, LEEA, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of BS, ASME B30, LOLER, API RP 2D, and client-specific standards including ADNOC, ARAMCO, KNPC, and QP.
- Experience supervising lifting, shifting, and heavy equipment installation.

Eligibility Criteria
