COUNTRY MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
o To provide timely and accurate reporting to the senior management;
o Managing Sales & increase customer base
o Managing all operations of the branch
o Building relations with Brokers/ Transistor, Vendors & Customers
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Utilization of staff and resources to get the optimum benefits for the organization.
o Update the market view time to time to the upper management.
o Establish adequate controls, to minimize fraud risks within the organization
o Establish market strategies to increase sales (IF required)
o To ensure the achievements of allotted sales targets.
o To increase customer base & market share.
o Periodic follow-up with customer for payments( Transfer & cheque) & Loading Plan.
o To Liase with Government department & Free zone Authority.
o To ensure policies and procedures are implemented as per Head office & Local Government
o Supervising accurate and timely reporting to Head Office.
o Visiting customers in respective Market as per requirement
o Follow up and communication with customer as instructed
o Visit and advise new customer from market Respective market.
o Preparing reports for management as required.
o Identification of new area for Business.
o Perform any other task assigned by company
o Safeguarding of company assets in Respective Market.
o Timely stock reordering as per market.
Personal Characteristics
o Should be honest (commission trend in Respective Market for low rate sales)
o Should be hardworking enough to manage all operations of country independently
o Willing to work under tough working conditions and ready to work for field job
o Good communication skills & computer literate
