Salary Details
The advertised salary range is based on the position and level of experience.
Managerial / Highly Qualified Engineer Roles: EUR 5,000 – 6,500 net per month
Non-Managerial / Staff-Level Roles: EUR 3,000 – 5,000 net per month
The final salary will depend on the position, qualifications and professional experience of the selected candidate.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have previous relevant experience working in a coal power plant.
Professionals applying for engineering, supervisory and operational positions should have appropriate technical qualifications and practical experience in their respective departments.
Experience in areas such as thermal power generation, turbines, boilers, electrical systems, power plant operations, maintenance and engineering can be relevant depending on the position.
Candidates should ensure that their CV clearly mentions their previous coal power plant experience, technical qualifications, job responsibilities and total years of experience.
Working Schedule
The working schedule varies according to the position.
Non-managerial staff will work 12-hour day/night shifts under a 2-on, 2-off schedule. Night shifts and official public holidays are compensated additionally.
Managerial staff will work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with the stated working hours of 07:00 to 16:30.

The Engineering & Design department includes opportunities for Repair Engineers, Operations Engineers, Chief Designers, Thermal Power Engineers and Power Plant Unit Operators.
These positions are suitable for professionals with technical experience in power generation, plant operations, engineering, maintenance and related coal power plant activities.
Electrical, Turbine and Boiler Vacancies
The Electrical Department is hiring Electrical Engineers, Laboratory Electrical Engineers, Electrical Shift Supervisors and Main Electrical Panel Operators.
The Turbine Department includes positions such as Shift Supervisor, Head of Turbine Department and Steam Turbine Operator.
For the Boiler Department, vacancies are available for Head of Boiler Department, Power/Energy Specialist Engineers, Boiler Shift Supervisors and Boiler/Steam Generator Operators.
