    • Minimum six years of experience in food administrative positions (e.g., Hotel Executive Chef, Institutional Food Production Manager, Commercial Cafeteria Manager, or Full Line Restaurant Manager)
    • At least three years as a Manager
    • Documented Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in dietary management, Nutritional Sciences, and Hotel/Restaurant management with HACCP Knowledge
    • Required Food Safety Course Level III Certificates
  • Chef Supervisor/Chief Cook
    • Eight years of supervising experience in Food Services (e.g., Hotel Executive Chef, Institutional/Industrial Food Production Manager, Institutional/Industrial Supervising Cook)
    • Preferably have a documented Diploma or Certificate from a known Culinary School
    • Ability to prepare, understand, and interpret regular cycle menus and recipes
    • Ability to prepare and implement staff work schedules, work procedures, and methods
    • Required Food Safety Level III Course Certificates
  • Patisserie Chef/Head Bakery Man
    • Six years of documented experience as a Baker in a large-scale Hotel, Hospital, Institutional/Industrial Kitchen
    • Two or three years as a Supervisor Bakery
    • Knowledge to read & write in both English & Arabic
    • Documented Diploma or Certificate from a known Culinary School, Army/Navy Cook, and Bakers school
    • Required Food Safety Level II Course Certificates
  • Cook
    • Three years’ experience worked as cook in large Hotel Hospital/Industrial Kitchen
    • Documented Degree or certificate form known culinary School, Army/Navy Cook and bakers school
    • Required Food Safety Course Level II Certificates
  • Asst. Cook
    • Three years’ experience worked as Asst. cook in large Hotel Hospital/Industrial Kitchen
    • Required Food Safety Level I or Level II Certificate
  • Sandwich Maker/Salad Man
    • Three years’ experience worked as cook or Salad man in large Hotel Hospital/Industrial Kitchen
    • Knowledge to read & write in both English and Arabic
    • Documented Degree or certificate form known culinary School, Army/Navy Cook and bakers school
    • Required Food Safety Level II Course Certificates
  • Butcher
    • Five years’ experience worked as butcher in large Hotel Hospital/Industrial Kitchen
    • Knowledge to read and write in both English and Arabic
    • Required Food Safety Level I or Level II Certificate
  • Food Service Man/Waiter
    • Three years’ experience worked as Waiter in large Hotel or Hospital
    • Must have the experience to make a setup in the Buffet & Cover in Ethnically Style
    • Required Food Safety Level II Course Certificates
    • Good command in understanding both the verbal & written English language
  • Cashier
    • Minimum of three years’ experience as a cashier
    • Must have a knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills
    • Capable of operating a modern computerized cash register and office equipment such as a calculator & a typewriter
    • Good sense for excellent customer relations and contacts during his working days
  • Kitchen Cleaners
    • Minimum of three years’ experience as Kitchen Clean
    • Required Food Safety Level 1 Course Certificates
