Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, ITI in Electrical/Mechanical Trade (or equivalent), or SSLC/HSC with Apprenticeship/Technical Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Trade.
- Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in power transformer manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of 380 kV power transformer manufacturing, including winding, coil assembly, core coil assembly (CCA), reactor core stacking, fabrication, and final tanking.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work according to engineering drawings related to transformer manufacturing.
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead, train, and coordinate teams while maintaining quality standards.
- Good understanding of shop floor safety practices, production processes, and quality control procedures.
