Descon Engineering is currently recruiting skilled welders for the following positions:
6G Welders (TIG & ARC) – Stainless Steel (SS)
- Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,700
- Experience in stainless steel welding preferred.
- Knowledge of TIG and ARC welding processes required.
6G Welders (TIG & ARC) – Carbon Steel (CS)
- Salary: AED 1,900 – AED 2,500
- Experience in carbon steel pipe welding preferred.
- Ability to perform high-quality welds as per project standards.
SMAW Welders – Carbon Steel (CS)
- Salary: AED 1,300 – AED 1,600
- Experience in Shielded Metal Arc Welding for industrial projects.
SMAW Welders – Stainless Steel (SS)
- Salary: AED 1,300 – AED 1,700
- Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and welding techniques.
GTAW Welders – Carbon Steel (CS)
- Salary: AED 1,400 – AED 1,800
- Experience in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding for carbon steel applications.
GTAW Welders – Stainless Steel (SS)
- Salary: AED 1,400 – AED 1,900
- Skilled in precision welding for stainless steel components.
Plate Welders
- Salary: AED 1,000 – AED 1,300
- Experience in structural and plate welding work preferred.

Eligibility Criteria
