Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering along with post-contract experience in G+30 high-rise building projects. GCC or overseas experience is preferred.
Applicants should have strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost control and contract administration. Primavera P6 certification is mandatory, and candidates should be below 47 years of age.
Lifting Supervisor
Two Lifting Supervisor positions are available with salaries of AED 5,000 to 6,000.
Candidates should have strong experience in high-rise building construction projects. UAE high-rise building project experience is mandatory. Applicants should have good knowledge of lifting operations, lifting plans, rigging and site safety procedures.
The age requirement is below 47 years.
Logistics Supervisor
Two Logistics Supervisor positions are available with salaries of AED 5,000 to 6,000.
Applicants should have experience in high-rise building construction projects, with UAE high-rise project experience mandatory. Candidates should understand material movement, site logistics, storage, deliveries and coordination.
Candidates should be below 47 years of age.
Electrical Foreman
Two Electrical Foreman positions are available with salaries of AED 5,000 to 6,000.
Candidates should have ITI or Diploma in Electrical qualifications and strong experience as an Electrical Foreman in high-rise building construction projects.
UAE high-rise building project experience is mandatory. Applicants should have knowledge of electrical installation, testing, maintenance and site team supervision.
Dubai High-Rise Project Experience Required
