- Chiller Technician — 2000–2300 AED
- MEP Technician — 2000–2300 AED
- HVAC Technician — 2000–2300 AED
- Driver Cum Technician — 2300–2500 AED
- Junior Multi-Technician — 1500–1700 AED
- Plumber — 1800–2000 AED
- Painter — 1800–2000 AED
- Mason — 1300–1500 AED
- Carpenter — 1800–2000 AED
- Cleaner — 1000 AED
These positions suit experienced technicians and tradesmen in MEP systems, chillers, HVAC, plumbing, civil finishing, and general facility maintenance.
