Job Responsibilities
MEP Planner
- Prepare and manage project schedules using planning software.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
- Prepare progress reports and recovery plans.
MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Evaluate project costs and monitor budgets.
- Review contractor bills and variations.
- Coordinate with procurement and project execution teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant experience in the MEP or construction industry.
- GCC/UAE experience preferred.
- Good communication and technical knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Valid passport preferred.
