Available Positions
- MEP Project Coordinators
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in building construction, with at least 5 years in a coordination role
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Key Competencies: Expertise in site-level MEP coordination, team management, and working knowledge of MEP design and technical documentation
- Senior Mechanical Design Engineers
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in building construction, with at least 5 years in a technical design-specific role
- Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- Key Competencies: Proficiency in mechanical system design, including ESP and static calculations, HVAC load analysis, and equipment selection
- Quantity Surveyors – MEP
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in MEP quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a dedicated QS role
- Qualification: BE/Blech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- Key Competencies: Expertise in quantity take-offs MEP materials, pricing, estimation of MEP materials and labor, and preparation of BOQs
- Store Keepers – MEP
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in MEP material management, including at least 3 years in a similar role
- Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Key Competencies: Knowledge of MEP material handling, stock control, documentation, and inventory systems
- 2D Draftsman MEP
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in preparing MEP 2D drawings
- Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Key Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, understanding of MEP coordination drawings
