1. Process Design Engineer (800-1200 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Chemical Engineering (4 Years)
- Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in Process Design works in Refinery, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical industry. Working knowledge in Aspen / UNISM / PIPESIM, HTRI, Flare net, Pipe net, SPID is required. Experience in preparation of P&ID, PFD, Cause & Effect Diagrams, List, Tie-in List, Process calculations (like Pump Hydraulics, Equipment sizing, Line sizing, PSV / TSV sizing & Surge analysis), Control philosophy, Operation & Maintenance manual, and commissioning procedure. In-depth knowledge of process software and mandatory experience in participation of Process Safety studies like HAZOP, SIL, DRA, and PSER Studies. Vendor package review and preparation of Process data sheets for the equipment & instruments.
2. Stress Analysis Engineer (800-1000 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical Engineering (4 Years)
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years with stress analysis software – CAESAR II and Oil & Gas industry piping systems. Experience in Stress Analysis of Underground piping system and FRP piping system is required.
3. Rotating Equipment Design Engineer (800-1200 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical Engineering (4 Years)
- Experience: Minimum 8-12 years, Hands-on experience in Concept Study, FEED, Detail Engineering, Construction & Commissioning stages of Oil & Gas upstream and downstream projects. Strong project management & leadership skills with proven capabilities to push project over the finish line with timely closing & persistent execution; insightful understanding of how to align resources, seek input of key team members, and manage others to achieve desired results. Proven capabilities in preparing API, ASME, ISO, ASTM, EN, BIS Standards and other international standards. Experienced in detailed Specifications, Datasheets, Requisition for Quotation (RFQ), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) material Requisitions / Purchase Requisitions, VDR & FAT for rotating package equipment.
4. Electrical Design Engineer (800-1200 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (4 Years)
- Experience: Minimum 8-12 years on Electrical Design Works in Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Working Knowledge in Auto CAD, ETAP (Load Flow, Short circuit, relay coordination & motor acceleration study with training certificate issued by ETAP is an added advantage), Illumination calculation by Relux, Thaum, Dialux software and E-CADA is an added advantage. In-depth knowledge in Cable Sizing, Equipment sizing, Earthing & Lightning protection calculation is essential. Awareness of International Standards like IEC/IEEE required. Smart Plant Electrical experience is mandatory.
5. Instrument Design Engineer (800-1200 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8-12 years. Experienced in Instrument Design works in Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Thorough knowledge of tools software’s and instrument specifications. Working knowledge in loop diagram, Cause and effect drawing, black diagram, logic diagram and instrument specification. Thorough knowledge in instrument hook-up drawing, layout, location plan, cable layout, instrument index & list. Fire alarm system. Hands-on experience in vendor package review for the instrumentation items. Smart Plant Instrumentation experience is mandatory.
6. Civil Design Engineer (400-600 KWD or 800-1000 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years (or 8-10 years). Experienced in Civil Design works in Refinery, Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Working knowledge in STAAD Pro, Tekla structure and Foundation Mat 30 POS Frame works is added advantage. Experience in Pipe rack Design, Equipment foundation Design, valve pit Design, pipe support Design and industrial building Design is mandatory.
7. Piping Design Engineer (800-1200 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8-12 years. Experienced in Piping Design works in Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry. Working knowledge in Auto CAD, CAESAR II, POS & SP3D is added advantage. Experience in finalizing plot plan, piping, material specifications, static and rotating equipment data sheets, vendor package review, 3D model review, isometric checking and stress analysis is mandatory.
8. Plumbing & FF Design Engineer (800-1000 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years. Experience in designing, installs, and maintains plumbing and fire protection systems ensuring compliance with safety regulations, specifications, and industry standards. Experience in reviewing drawings, overseeing site works conducting tests and inspections, coordinating with contractors, managing documentation, and resolving technical issues to maintain the integrity and safety of the facility’s system.
9. Package Engineer (800-1000 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 Years. Experience in managing specific equipment systems or packages integrating mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation components into a modular or skid-mounted system. Experience includes preparing technical specifications, evaluating vendor bids, reviewing vendor documentation and calculations, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating the package’s integration into a larger facility, according to this information.
10. SP3D Administrator (600-800 KWD)
- Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 6-10 Years. Experience in SP3D Software Administration works including those listed skills. Also experienced in Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical industry projects. Setup and Project Administration. Structure, Drawing & Reports as per client requirement. Drawing and Report Customization & Extraction Handling daily activities Troubleshooting in SP3D environment. Study & review of Client specifications. Vendor documents, piping material specification (PMS), valve data sheets. G creating issue logs listing the discrepancies found. Overview of Customization of 3D catalogue (Specifications, preparation of piping components, valves, special components, instruments, supports and Steel Sections).
11. Network Administrator (500-1000 KWD)
- Qualification: Bachelor in IT / Computer Science (for Equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 Years. Experience in managing and support IT infrastructure consisting of approximately 250 systems. Proven experience in desktop / laptop support (Windows & Mac). Strong skills in hardware and software troubleshooting. Knowledge of network configurations, routing & switching LAN/WAN & Firewall. Familiarity with Active Directory, email configuration, and network security best practices. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Experience with VMware / Vware / Disco Switches / Veam preferred and Strong knowledge of Cisco Switches. VLAN, Network Monitoring, Windows Server, Active Directory. Certification in CCNA / MCSE / VMWare.
12. Technical Assistant (175 KWD)
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years. Experience in Managing data and communicating with internal teams. Basic knowledge with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
