Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in building maintenance or facility management projects.
- Experience in HVAC, electrical maintenance, ducting, air conditioning, or general maintenance.
- Ability to work in shift duty.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Valid passport for overseas employment.

Job Responsibilities
HVAC Supervisor / Foreman
- Supervise HVAC installation and maintenance teams.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Coordinate daily work schedules and quality inspections.
Ducting Supervisor / Foreman
- Supervise duct installation and fabrication work.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Manage ducting teams and project progress.
Electrical Supervisor / Foreman
- Supervise electrical maintenance and installation activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Ensure electrical systems comply with safety regulations.
Electrician & Assistant Electrician
- Perform electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Read electrical drawings and carry out repairs.
A/C Technician / Mechanic
- Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose HVAC equipment faults and perform preventive maintenance.
Ductman
- Install and repair HVAC ducting systems.
- Read ducting drawings and assist with fabrication and installation.
