Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have an ITI certificate, diploma, or relevant technical qualification depending on the position. Around five years of experience is preferred, particularly in beverage manufacturing, food processing, maintenance, and industrial operations.
Applicants for supervisory positions should have relevant leadership and technical experience. PLC and control knowledge is important for electrical supervisory roles, while refrigeration experience is relevant to utility operator positions.
Quality control candidates should understand food quality standards, hygiene procedures, and production checks. Packaging and processing operators should have practical experience with industrial machinery and production lines.
Gulf experience is preferred.
