These roles involve maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation work related to building systems and equipment.
Technicians are expected to have practical knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment handling, and safety standards.
Foreman Positions :
In addition to technician roles, the company is also hiring experienced foremen for supervisory positions.
The available foreman positions include:
- Civil Foreman (Building Maintenance) – Salary KWD 250
- Electrical Foreman – Salary KWD 250
- HVAC Foreman – Salary KWD 250
Foremen are responsible for supervising maintenance teams, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring quality work, and maintaining project schedules.
These roles require leadership experience along with strong technical knowledge.
Eligibility Requirements :

Technician Requirements
- ITI qualification in a relevant trade
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the related field
- Experience in building maintenance or facility management projects

Foreman Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant technical field

- Prior experience in supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and technical skills
