1. Wood Finish Line Operator – Automatic Line
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automatic wood finishing/coating line
- Apply wood finishes, coatings, and paints as per technical specifications
- Adjust machine settings to ensure consistent finish quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality compliance
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of finishing line
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years experience in wood finishing operations
- Proven experience operating automatic wood finishing lines
- Strong knowledge of wood coatings, finishes, and surface treatment
- Ability to identify and correct finishing defects
- Experience in manufacturing or aluminum factories is an advantage
- Ability to work independently under production pressure
Salary & Benefits (Kuwait Dinar – KD)
- Basic Salary: 150 KD
- Transportation Allowance: 20 KD
- HRA: 30 KD

2. Powder Coating Operator – Automatic Gema Line
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automatic Gema powder coating booth
- Adjust parameters such as thickness, voltage, and flow rate
- Ensure proper surface preparation before coating
- Perform routine checks and basic equipment maintenance
- Identify and resolve coating defects (uneven coating, poor adhesion)
- Maintain cleanliness of booth and work area
- Coordinate with production and quality teams
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years hands-on powder coating experience
- Proven experience operating Automatic Gema Powder Coating Lines
- Strong knowledge of powder coating materials and troubleshooting
- Ability to work shifts as per production requirements
- Previous Gulf experience is an advantage
