- Electrical / Control Technician – 10 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- Lift Technicians – 10 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- Fire Alarm Technicians – 06 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- Fire Fighting Technicians – 05 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- Chiller Technicians – 10 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- HVAC Technicians – DX – 05 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- BMS Technicians – 05 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- Medical Gas Technicians – 05 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- Furniture Carpenter – 05 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- Aluminium Technicians – 05 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- Plaster Mason – 05 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- CCTV Technicians – 03 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
- Welder – 03 Nos. – Up to 140–160 KD
Key Requirements :
- Minimum 4–7 years relevant experience in MEP/maintenance (building services, facilities, or similar)
- Diploma / ITI or Trade Test in relevant field mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
