Job Responsibilities
Depending on the position, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- ARC, TIG, and MIG welding.
- HVAC installation, ducting, and maintenance.
- Plumbing installation and leakage testing.
- Fire fighting system installation and commissioning.
- Pipe fabrication, fitting, and pressure testing.
- Electrical installation and troubleshooting.
- Instrument installation, calibration, and commissioning.
- Cable tray and conduit fabrication and installation.
- Assisting technicians and maintaining worksite safety.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- 5–8 years of relevant work experience (MEP Helper experience preferred).
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Relevant trade knowledge and practical skills.
- Certification preferred for applicable trades.
- Physically fit and capable of working on project sites.
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive:
- Salary: KWD 100–140 (depending on the position)
- Free Accommodation

- Food Allowance: KWD 20
- Overtime as per Kuwait Labour Law
- Two-year employment contract
