Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising various MEP maintenance operations, including:

HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting
Electrical system supervision and maintenance
Generator operation and maintenance
Plumbing systems maintenance
Fire alarm and firefighting system supervision
Managing facility maintenance operations

MEP Supervisors will also coordinate with maintenance teams and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should meet the following qualifications and experience criteria:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in MEP maintenance
Experience working with systems such as:
- HVAC systems
- Electrical systems
- Generators
- Plumbing systems
- Fire alarm and firefighting systems

Candidates with experience in facility management companies will be highly preferred.
