Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Engineers / Supervisors / Foremen
- BE, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of fabrication and construction projects
- Good leadership and communication skills
Carpenters
- Experience in gypsum partition work or furniture manufacturing
- Ability to interpret drawings and complete quality finishing work
Electricians
- ITI or equivalent qualification
- Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems is preferred
Plumbers
- Experience in commercial or industrial plumbing work
- Ability to install and maintain water supply and drainage systems
Welders
- Experience in structural or fabrication welding
- Ability to work with different welding processes
- Trade certification is an advantage
Fabricators
- Experience in metal fabrication and structural assembly
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment
Helpers & Store Assistants
- Basic experience in construction, fabrication, or warehouse operations
- Physically fit and willing to work in a team environment
