The following positions are currently open:
1. HVAC Supervisors (Commissioning) – 08 Nos.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Air Conditioning Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience
- Installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of large ventilation and air conditioning systems
Technical Knowledge Required:
- Chillers
- Chilled water pumps
- Air handling units (AHU)
- Cooling towers
- Piping systems
- Building management systems (BMS)
Candidates must have strong exposure to large integrated HVAC systems.
2. Electrical Supervisors (Commissioning) – 05 Nos.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years
- Site construction experience in large hotels, hospitals, residential, and commercial complexes
- Testing and commissioning of large integrated MEP projects
Strong understanding of high-quality construction standards is required.
3. Electrical Foreman (Commissioning) – 06 Nos.
Qualification:
- ITI Electrician
Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience
- Testing and commissioning of large MEP projects
Experience in hotels, hospitals, and commercial construction projects is preferred.
4. Timekeepers (Foremen) – 04 Nos.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Diploma (Non-Technical)
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience as Timekeeper or Site Time Clerk
- Experience in construction or MEP projects
Knowledge of manpower reporting and site attendance systems required.
Eligibility Criteria

- Be ready for overseas deployment
- Hold a valid passport
