Oman Jobs 2026 – Welders and Structural Fabricators Hiring for Oil & Gas Industry
Integrated Personnel Services (IPS) is inviting applications from experienced welders and structural fabricators for immediate job opportunities in Oman. IP Group is recruiting skilled professionals for a heavy structure fabrication project in the Oil & Gas industry. Candidates with strong hands-on experience in welding, structural fabrication, erection and fit-up activities are encouraged to apply.
The recruitment is suitable for experienced welders with knowledge of different welding processes, including FCAW, SMAW, MIG and 6G ARC welding. Structural fabricators with the ability to read fabrication drawings and understand structural dimensions are also required. The selection process includes an online interview, with same-day offers possible for selected candidates and deployment expected within 10–15 days, subject to completion of required formalities.

Welder Vacancies
Experienced welders are required for the following welding processes:
- FCAW + SMAW + 6G ARC Welder
- FCAW + MIG + 6G ARC Welder
- MIG + 6G ARC Welder
- MIG + 4G ARC Welder
Candidates should have strong practical welding skills and experience in heavy fabrication and Oil & Gas projects. Applicants must be familiar with the welding processes relevant to their applied positions.
Structural Fabricator
Structural fabricators with strong hands-on experience in heavy structural fabrication are required. Candidates should have practical knowledge of column and beam fabrication, built-up structures, fit-up, erection and fabrication activities.
Applicants must be able to read and understand structural fabrication drawings, technical dimensions and measurements. Previous experience in heavy steel fabrication and industrial projects will be beneficial.
