Eligibility Criteria
Ship Crane Operator
Applicants should have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating ship cranes.
- Experience handling bulk cargo and general cargo.
- Valid heavy equipment or crane operator license/certificate.
- Ability to load and discharge cargo using spreaders, grabs, beams, hooks, and related lifting equipment.
- Experience completing equipment safety inspections before operations.
- Good communication skills with ground crew using radio and visual signals.
Multi Operator (Seaport / Port Operations)
Candidates should possess:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in seaport or container terminal operations.
- Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification (preferred).
- Experience operating multiple types of port equipment.
- Good understanding of container yard operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous Gulf or overseas port experience will be an added advantage.
Selection Process
The recruitment process includes:
- CV submission.

- Employment visa processing.
- Departure to Oman.
Selected candidates are expected to travel within 10 days after completing the recruitment process.
