Bright International is recruiting experienced engineering professionals for an Oman Shutdown Project in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
The recruitment is open to qualified candidates with relevant experience in shutdown planning, maintenance, engineering, contracts, quality control and safety management.

| Engineer Planning (E&I) – Electrical & Instrument | 8–10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry | Degree in Electrical Engineering |
| Material Engineer | 8–10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry | Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy or Materials Engineering |
| Lead Contracts | 8–10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry | Degree in Mechanical Engineering |
| Lead QA/QC – Planning & Preparation | 10–12 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry | Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy or Materials Engineering |
| Engineer Planning I – Insulation, Scaffolding, Painting & Refractory | 8–10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry | Degree in Mechanical Engineering |
| Lead Rigging – Preparation & Lifting Plans | 12 years in oil and gas or petrochemical plants, including 5 major turnaround executions as a rigging team leader or manager | Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering |
| Lead S&WH | 8–10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry | Master’s, Bachelor’s, DAE or Diploma |
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing shutdown and turnaround activities in oil and gas and petrochemical facilities.
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Developing shutdown schedules and execution plans.
- Coordinating mechanical, electrical and instrumentation activities.
- Managing materials, contracts and project resources.
- Preparing quality control and inspection plans.
- Planning rigging operations and lifting activities.
- Coordinating insulation, scaffolding, painting and refractory work.
- Ensuring compliance with project safety and quality requirements.
