Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Installing, operating, and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Monitoring HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems through BMS software.
- Troubleshooting faults in automation and control systems.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensuring efficient operation of building automation systems.
- Preparing maintenance reports and coordinating with maintenance teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma qualification (Mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Building Management System (BMS) Technician is mandatory.
- Candidates with previous GCC work experience will be given first preference.
- Good technical knowledge of BMS controls, automation, and building services.
Preference
Priority will be given to:
- GCC return candidates.
- Candidates with previous GCC work experience.
- Experienced Building Management System technicians.
