Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements based on the position applied for:
- Electrical Technicians should have knowledge of FM operations and site maintenance practices.
- Plumber / Solar Technicians should have experience in plumbing systems, domestic water heating systems, and solar water heater maintenance.
- HVAC Technicians should have relevant maintenance experience, with senior positions requiring at least 10 years of experience.
- Fire Alarm Technicians should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in Qatar.
- Deep Cleaning Technicians should have Gulf experience using industrial cleaning equipment.
- Helpers should preferably have experience in building maintenance.
- PIC Technicians should possess good English communication skills.
- ELV Technicians should have experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sliding doors, shutter doors, and gate barriers.
- Mechanical Technicians should have at least 5 years of hands-on technical experience.
