Job Responsibilities
BMS Operators: Selected candidates will be responsible for monitoring building management systems, operating control panels, tracking building services and reporting technical faults. Applicants should have practical knowledge of BMS operations and facility monitoring.
BMS Technicians: Candidates should have experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building management systems. Knowledge of control systems, sensors, electrical components and automation will be beneficial.
UPS Technicians: Applicants should have relevant experience in the maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting of uninterruptible power supply systems, batteries and associated electrical equipment.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in their respective fields. Applicants with technical qualifications, strong troubleshooting skills and previous experience in commercial buildings, facility management or industrial maintenance are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be prepared to attend an online interview with the client after successful shortlisting.
