Experienced Construction Equipment & Machinery Professionals
POSITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Heavy Construction Equipment / Diesel Mechanics
Strong hands-on experience with JCB, CAT, Komatsu or similar equipment
Experience diagnosing and repairing construction machinery
Hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair
2. Air Compressor Technicians / Mechanics
Strong experience with industrial and construction air compressors
Compressor servicing, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
Experience with diesel/electric driven compressors
3. Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
Experience with trucks, trailers, boom trucks and other heavy commercial vehicles
Engine, transmission, brakes, suspension and electrical troubleshooting
Preventive and breakdown maintenance
4. Light Vehicle Mechanics
Strong experience with cars, pickups and company light vehicles
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Diagnostic and repair experience
5. Hydraulic / Mechanical Technicians
Strong experience with hydraulic systems used in construction equipment
Hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, hoses and troubleshooting
Ability to diagnose hydraulic faults and carry out repairs
6. Auto / Equipment Electricians
Strong experience in construction equipment and heavy machinery electrical systems
Electrical fault finding and diagnosis
Wiring, sensors, alternators, starters, control systems and electrical components
7. Welders / Fabricators
Experienced in welding and fabrication for heavy equipment and machinery
Repair and fabrication of buckets, attachments, frames, structures and other equipment components
Ability to carry out repair work independently
8. Painters
Experienced in painting construction equipment and heavy machinery
Surface preparation, sanding, primer and finishing
Experience with machinery/equipment painting is preferred
9. Workshop / Service Coordinator
Strong experience in a construction equipment, heavy machinery, rental or similar workshop environment
Able to coordinate mechanics, electricians, welders and other workshop staff
Must have practical technical knowledge of construction equipment and machinery
This is NOT a general office coordinator position; the person must understand workshop operations and machinery
