Experience and Qualification Requirements
Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications along with proven experience in executing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Most engineering and managerial positions require:
- 10 to 25 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of Gulf experience for senior positions.
- Experience in executing mega construction projects.
- Strong technical and leadership skills.
Specific qualifications include:
- Logistics Manager: MBA in Logistics with 10–15 years of experience.
- Land Surveyor: Diploma in Surveying with 5–10 years of experience.
- Logistics Assistant: Degree or Diploma with 8–10 years of experience.
- Store Keeper: Relevant qualification with at least 5 years of experience.
- Senior MEP Coordinator: B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 10–15 years of experience.
Candidates with previous GCC project experience will be given preference.
