Key Requirements
- Relevant oil and gas project experience is required; several positions specifically require GCC experience.
- HSE candidates must hold NEBOSH certification, completed on or before 2020, and have at least five years of oil and gas experience in the GCC. Brownfield experience should include equipment erection, rotating equipment, gas turbines and compressor installations.
- Projects Control candidates need 10–15 years of GCC experience in planning and project controls within EPC, oil and gas, petrochemical or fertilizer industries.
- Estimation, Cost Control, Procurement and Quantity Surveying candidates need 5–6 years of relevant GCC experience.
- Lead Planning Engineers need Primavera P6 and brownfield project planning experience.
- Lifting/Rigging Engineers and Lifting Supervisors must have relevant LEEA approval/certification and training.
- Lead QA/QC Engineers require CSWIP 3.2.2, IWE or EWE certification and IRCA ISO 9001:2015.
- Welding QC Inspectors require CSWIP 3.1 and 5–7 years of GCC oil and gas inspection experience.
- NDT Coordinators require Level II certification and proven oil and gas coordination experience.
