Indman Management Consultants Private Limited is inviting applications for shutdown job opportunities on behalf of QCON for a long-term onshore oil and gas project in Qatar. Multiple positions are available for experienced drivers, heavy equipment operators, diesel mechanics and auto electricians.
Shortlisting is in progress for final client interviews scheduled during the fourth week of October 2026 at locations across India, including Mumbai, Baroda, Gorakhpur, Gopalganj, Punjab and Rajasthan.
Available Positions and Monthly Salaries
The following salary ranges are listed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates should meet the experience and licensing requirements relevant to their selected position.
- Drivers and operators: A valid or expired original Qatari driving licence is specified in the notice.
- Heavy equipment mechanics: Relevant experience in diesel engines, heavy equipment maintenance and repairs is beneficial.
- Auto electricians: Experience with electrical systems in heavy equipment, mobile cranes, crawler cranes or civil equipment is relevant.
- Oil and gas experience: Candidates with previous Gulf experience in oil and gas offshore projects are invited to apply.
