Candidates must have relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects, refinery maintenance, petrochemical plants, industrial painting, blasting, or scaffolding operations.

Job Responsibilities

Painting Supervisor

• Supervise industrial painting activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications
• Monitor safety standards and quality requirements
• Coordinate painting teams and project schedules

Painting Foreman

• Lead painting crews on project sites
• Allocate daily work assignments
• Ensure completion of work within deadlines
• Maintain productivity and quality standards

Scaffolding Supervisor

• Supervise scaffold erection and dismantling activities
• Ensure workplace safety compliance
• Conduct scaffold inspections
• Coordinate workforce and project execution

Scaffolding Foreman

• Manage scaffold teams on site
• Monitor work progress
• Ensure proper use of materials and equipment
• Maintain safety standards

Blaster

• Perform abrasive blasting operations
• Prepare surfaces for coating and painting
• Operate blasting equipment safely
• Follow industrial safety procedures

Spray Painter

• Apply industrial coatings using spray painting techniques
• Ensure proper paint thickness and finish quality
• Handle coating equipment and materials
• Follow project specifications

Brush Painter

• Perform manual painting and touch-up work
• Apply protective coatings
• Ensure surface preparation and finishing quality

Scaffolder

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures
• Follow safety regulations and project requirements
• Inspect scaffolding components before installation
