Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the Safety Officer position should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety, Health, Environment, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant SHES/HSE experience.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, or large-scale EPC construction projects.
- Valid passport and supporting documents.
Candidates with previous Gulf experience will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Qatar Energy projects
- Qatar Energy LNG projects
- Oil & Gas construction
- LNG plants
- EPC projects
- Industrial safety management
- HSE compliance and risk assessment
Experience on Qatar Energy projects will be considered a significant advantage during the selection process.
Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Implementing HSE policies and procedures.
- Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with project safety standards.
- Monitoring work permits and hazardous activities.
- Conducting toolbox talks and safety training.
- Investigating incidents and preparing safety reports.
- Promoting a safe working environment across the project site.
Salary and Benefits

- QAR 4,500 monthly salary
